Let $A$ be an absolutely square-free abelian variety defined over a number field $K$. We explain how the prime factors of $|A(\mathbf{F}_{\mathfrak{p}})|$ for a density one set of prime ideals $\mathfrak{p}\subseteq\mathcal{O}_K$ can determine $A$ up to isogeny over an explicit finite extension of $K$.
