Iterated integrals are not as boring as one might think

Tuesday, May 3, 2016 - 4:30pm
Malott 406

In the first half of the talk I will explain what iterated integrals are, and how they are related to polylogarithms, to the group algebra of the fundamental group of a manifold and to topology of the path spaces. In the second part, I am hoping to say something about generalized manifolds and why iterated integrals have anything to do with them.

Refreshments will be served in the lounge at 4:00 PM.
