Title: Wieferich-Wilson primes, derivatives and Euler's constant.

Abstract: We will describe classical story on these special primes, and look
at two analogs when you replace integers by polynomials. The first one
will relate these notions to arithmetic derivatives and the second to
zeta value. When you go back to the original integer context, this zeta
value is replaced by Euler's constant.
